Berghdal to plead guilty to desertion

God for him sparing the military the ugliness of a trial. He should be punished harshly in the name of the men who died searching for him.

Let's be clear, a judge just sprung a traitor explicitly to punish the President for speaking out on the case.

The President needs to stop tweeting inappropriately, but the President's tweets also aren't the problem here.

This Colonel should be busted down to private and spend the rest of his time cleaning latrines. 

At the very least, he should be stripped of any future authority over military cases.

And Bergdahl's case should be examined with a fine-toothed comb to determine any further civilian charges, including any information he potentially shared with his captors. If in fact any evidence is found, he should face a civilian trial for treason.
