it is not fair to group all the chinese cuisines together. they vary greatly from region to region.

General American Chinese food is not as good as real Italian food though authentic Chinese food is better the real or Americanized Italian food. Not really a fan of Mexican food.

Italian (New Yorker, normal). Give me all of the pastas and the veggies and the sauces. Veggie lasagna is my favorite dish. It's what the special people in my life make for me when they want to make me happy.

Many, many cuisines. The larger the country, the more broad a brush that's painted by generalizing it. Even smaller countries like Italy have great internal diversity in food.

Mexican(normal Arizonan).


I'm guessing his favorite individual dish is Italian, but on average he likes Mexican cuisine as a whole more.
