Apparently he lived in the state 20-odd years ago, and is eager to run. Needless to say he has Bannon's support, probably Mercers too. My guess is this winds up a bigger bust than Liz Cheney's Senate campaign, but anti-establishment fervor is much higher now than 2013.

Most of the Wyoming media markets are dirt cheap, though - except the parts of the state that are in the Denver and (to a lesser extent) Salt Lake City markets. I doubt most Wyoming candidates make a Denver buy.
