It's taps not retreat and it shows his ignorance of military matters. I always stopped what I was doing and saluted while in uniform on or near base or if in civvies stood with my hand over my heart when taps was played in the evening. I have raised the flag many times at morning colors as well. Trump is an imbecile part 2567324673.
