What if Pat Buchanan somehow defeated Dubya and won the Republican nomination?

Gore wins every state Clinton won in '96 plus Virginia, North Carolina, and Colorado. Georgia is a coin toss.

Would the election be a referendum on the WTO and China's entry into it?
