Might I recommend when you make these thread that you apply some actual analysis or a map rather than leaving that entirely up to others?

If I were a NV Republican, I would draw the map like this, resulting in a 3-2 split

1. Las Vegas, The Strip, Paradise D+9
2. The Rural Part R+8
3. Henderson, Southern and Western Clark County R+4
4. North Las Vegas D+20
5. Reno, Carson City, Story and Lyon Counties R+5

Would it be possible to gerrymander a 5-0 Democrat or 5-0 Republican map?

Almost certainly not since Nevada was basically right at the national average in 2004 and 2016, and just slightly more Democratic in 2008 and 2012.

the 5-0 Dem and 5-0 Rep map is essentially the same and it looks like an absolute abomination. Nevada has a PVI of D+1 so every district is D+1 or EVEN

Vegas

1. EVEN
2. D+1
3. EVEN
4. (white because i didnt wanna color more) D+1
5. D+1

Nevada 4-1 GOP Gerrymander

NV-01: D+23, Blue, 51% Hispanic VRA District
NV-02: R+3.5, Green
NV-03: R+1.5, Purple
NV-04: R+1, Red
NV-05: R+4, Yellow

Maybe with a little more work I could have made 3 and 4 a little more R at the expense of especially NV-05, maybe even get the Dem PVI of NV-01 up more. But Nevada has a 2012/16 PVI of D+1 so there are limits. Still, none (especially the 3rd and 4th) are safe in a wave or even a neutral year. So such a map would definitely be a gamble for the GOP.
