Neither is a large threat to the west or me personally.  I'd wager I'm more likely to be killed by Islamowhatevers than rogue nation trying to make nukes, so I voted ISIS.

North Korea since ISIS doesn't have nukes. ISIS is a far bigger threat to the Middle East, but NK to the mainland U.S.

I would say North Korea as they have nukes and with Trump trying to provoke them I fear some tweet by Trump might push them over the top to do something stupid.  Kim Jong Un is crazy but I don't think we do anything unless provoked.  Trump should stop using twitter to do diplomacy.

I'm not buying the whole "Kim Jong-un is crazy", at least not suicidal crazy. Jokes aside, he'd been pretty able in securing his position domestically, yes, abroad.

They're not quite there yet. They theoretically have the ability to hit California, but in practice, the closest to the US that they will probably get right now is somewhere out in the Atlantic. However, I still think they are a big threat.

North Korea. Daesh is on its way out as any real threat to the survival of the West.

NK. ISIS is just about done in Syria/Iraq and their offshoots elsewhere can be contained via local forces/US SOF. ISIS also doesn't have nukes and weaponized chem/bio. The NK threat is a more pressing concern, ISIS can be an ongoing containment issue in the GWOT (which it is).

Still ISIS. The chances of returning ISIS fighters destabilizing the status-quo in Europe by committing a number of large-scale attacks still seem higher than the chances of NK really going bananas, though you never know.
