I couldn't find the old thread.

US: Republican
UK: Conservative, UKIP
Canada: Conservative
Germany: Free Democratic
France: REM, LR, or Independent
Austria: NEOS or ÖVP
Italy: M5S
Spain: Cs
Australia: Liberal
New Zealand: ACT
Netherlands: D66 or VVD
Norway: Centre

I would most likely be on the more Eurosceptic wings of the European parties.

GL over VVD. You just made me very Cry.

GL seriously is quite left-wing btw, I think you'd be closer to VVD and CDA (though it doesn't matter since you'd definitely vote D66 in every single election). The VVD has a more progressive liberal wing and while barely any VVD members outside of Amsterdam identify with that wing they still have quite a decent amount of influence within the VVD. PM Mark Rutte himself used to be part of that wing and before he became leader he even suggested a fusion between VVD, D66 and the remaining Third Wayists in the PvdA (he was joined by outgoing Infrastructure Minister Schultz van Haegen). When Rutte became leader he eventually drifted to the right under influence of a Republican party strategist (the VVD dropped to a low of 12 seats in the polls so they sought help from more experienced campaigners, including senior Republicans and UK Conservatives). But despite his current stances Rutte used to be a centrist (he probably still is one at heart).

Damn, I'm really becoming like Tender Branson Cry.

USA: Republican Party
Israel: Likud
Canada: Conservative Party of Canada
United Kingdom: Conservative Party
Australia: Liberal/National Coalition
Czech Republic: Civic Democratic Party (ODS)/Party of Civic Rights (SPO) (Yea, a weird combo. Generally, I would be aligned with ODS but they have not been inspiring these last like 10-15 years; on the presidential level, I strongly support Milos Zeman, which explains the two party combo here)
Germany: Free Democratic Party (FDP)
New Zealand: ACT New Zealand
Argentina: Republican Proposal (PRO)/Cambiemos
France: Les Republicains (fairly weak supporter of the party as 2017 proved)
Norway: Progress Party
Italy: Democratic Party (as long as Matteo Renzi is the main figurehead)
Japan: Liberal Democratic Party
Spain: Citizens (The C's) (fairly weak and timid support for this party atm, but it seems to be the least worst of the current options)
Denmark: Venstre/Danish People's Party (Torn between the two constantly, prob lean more towards Venstre due to economics and softer rhetoric as a whole).
Netherlands: Party for Freedom (PVV)
Sweden: The Liberals
Colombia: Democratic Center
Ireland: Not Sure Sad I always supported Fine Gael, but I was always wary of Leo Varadkar and my opinion was justified after he praised a former Irish leader who was aligned with the Nazis during WW2. So, atm, I do not support any of the official parties in Ireland.
Taiwan: Democratic Progressive Party (DPP)

will add more later
