He's been way better than I feared he would, but we'll see how well he holds up come 2018 proper.

Has been worse than I imagined; but DNC chair is one of those jobs where there's a difference between liking/approving of someone, and knowing how well they're actually running the party

Haven't seen much of his work, which means not sure-leaning disapprove. I wish Dems were doing a better job of being in the opposition. Obstruction only gets you so far. Dems need a vision of how to take the country back, and I haven't seen a bit of that.

He's proving to be very ineffective.

Obama's, but very much a product of the Clinton-Obama alliance that emerged after Obama took office.

On the OP: strongly disapprove. DNC isn't raising money, he's violated his "full time job" pledge, hiring isn't finished, and his TV appearances have been very bad.

I hate to tell the party "I told them so" but I told them so.

He lost my approval when he collaborate with the primary loser on the "unity" tour that spared more divisiveness in the Democratic Party. Tom Perez is doing a poor job in maintaining a message among the base.

Ask me again in 4 years, when there is likely to be evidence of any cohesive electoral strategy.
