Tulsi Gabbard was in Iowa this weekend despite some predictions from neocons that she was doomed a lot of people were impressed by her speech.

If Neocons dislike her then it means she's doing it right.

One of the reasons I liked Trump so much was because neocons hate dhim.

Prediction: Tulsi Gabbard will be the 2020 Democratic nominee.

Please no. I will bet against both you and Missy Elliott. What makes you think this will happen or be a good idea? Stick to your technocratic roots, Timmy!

She's the one person I really would not want to see nominated...

Technocracy is dead in the Democrats. The GOP in the ruins of Trump and as boomers die off en mass will become more technocratic. Millennial Democrats are hardcore Bernouts bro. Democrats are done being the technocratic Party. I have to find my own way.

It’s also worth noting that demographics are destiny. And I, a middle class white male anglo Saxon Protestant, am demographically predisposed to become a Republican. It is my destiny.
Regardless of your party, I very much doubt you'll support Trump, who (actual prediction, with a chance of happening) will be the GOP's standard bearer in 2020. Furthermore, why do you expect/want Gabbard to be the nominee in 2020?

I would have a hard time voting for her. She just makes my skin crawl.

It's easy to see how in this context a Walker/Rubio/Cruz (pre-Trump when he was pro-TPP and pro-legal status) nominee losing the election to Hillary would've resulted in the GOP entering a catatonic state forcing them to become more technocratic & accommodating in 2020, but it's impossible to see that happening w/ a 'normal republican' winning, The GOP would have had no incentive to dump their anti-technocratic strategy that would've been as successful for them as it was for Bush in 2000.

If she's the nominee I'm voting Green. I said it immediately after the 2016 election and I'm sticking to it.

I will not be held responsible for an alt-righty in the White House.

If she is the nominee, there WILL be a strong centrist bid.

I might actually be forced to write someone in if she is the nominee. I cannot bring myself in good conscience to vote for either her or Trump.

Bad idea.
That would just split the anti-GOP vote.

You cut off the end of the headline - "Tulsi in Iowa, impresses many, turns back as remainder are gassed"

If we somehow end up with a Tulsi vs Trump general in 2020, I'm writing in Scaramucci.
