Allegheny County is the second-most populous county in Pennsylvania. One would have assumed that Obama would win that county, like he did in most urban, heavily black counties. However, Clinton received most votes, even quite handily (8.7% or 27,346 votes). How did she manage to achieve such an outstanding result?

You're right, RFKFan68. I just realized that only a quarter of all inhabitants of Allegheny County live in Pittsburgh. It was probably its white suburbs that gave Clinton her win.
