Would have to learn more about Scott but anyone is better then Feinstein at this point. Harding or Abstain

Scott Harding, the singer for an obscure California band called Split Decision, has no Wikipedia article. The band Split Decision doesn't even have a Wikipedia article. Harding is 43 years old, American born, and eligible for the Presidency. Although this thread is about a fictional Senate runoff. Split Decision's songs frequently contain ridiculous humor.
