No.

I guess the only post 1900 president who considered running again after a defeat were Herbert Hoover (who sought the nomination in 1940) and Gerald Ford in 1980.

Though it would have been interesting to have W running in 2000 while his dad is the sitting term-limited prez. But I think he would have lost again against Clinton in 1996.
