I think you meant to have Todd Co, SD, go for the Dems like in 2016 and not Bennett

Cant speak for the rest of the country, but up here I doubt Rockingham, Carroll, Coos, or Sullivan in NH or Franklin, Androscoggin or Waldo in Maine go for a hippy dippy candidate like Harris

Androscoggin went for McGovern, and was fairly solid D until 2016, so I personally see it flipping in 2020 unless the Democratic nominee is doing as bad or worse in Maine than Clinton did.
