I'm going to answer this question as which state I have the least desire to spend any time in/go visit ... some of the "obvious" ones have some appeal to me.  I have always wanted to go to the Gulf Shores in Alabama, I would LOVE to visit Oxford, MS (and especially tailgate in the Grove), most of the "boring" Plains states have some appeal to me ... I think I'd honestly maybe go with Connecticut.  On the surface, this seems unfair as it's a fine state that has a lot going for it, but it has the least "visiting appeal" to me for some reason.

Either Florida or Georgia. Louisiana is great competition, but it has some interesting cultural aspects that save it from the bottom of the trash heap.

When enough demographic change pushes Georgia into a .5% Democratic win, will you all of a sudden no longer view it as a trash heap?  LOL.
