I know this is probably a joke, but lest anyone take it seriously, Tancredo got 36% running as a third party in 2010. He'd probably be guaranteed at least 42-43% if he won the Republican nomination.

Tancredo is an independent, but he could always switch back. As for running with the constitution party, LOL No. He suspended his membership with them shortly after the 2010 election, and he only did well on that line because the republican party candidate made Akin look like a perfect candidate. That isn't going to happen again.

Anyways, if Tancredo is the republican nominee, this is Likely D, maybe even Safe D. If it's Stapleton, Brauchler, or C. Coffman, Lean D.
