I don't know much about the German Greens but I'd assume as they're a party who are interested in entering government while the US Greens are not, the US Greens would have more freedom to be far-left, so I'd say the US Greens would be more left-wing.

Hm, one party is a completely irrelevant group half filled.with Trots and various obscure activists, the other is currently in talks to prop up Angela Merkel's government. Big mystery here!

There's one thing the American Greens, the German Greens and the AfD have in common:
Each of these parties have a higher-than-average share of anti-vaccinators among their voters.
