Wrong:

- Vietnam War draft dodgers are cowards, not heroes.

We need to lower corporate tax rates. The United States has one of the highest corporate tax rates in the world, and if we want to become more competitive with the rest of the world (namely Europe), we should lower our corporate tax rates.

- The Confederacy was within their rights to secede. I believe they should've been allowed to be sovereign and free from the Union.

- Germany/The Central Powers should've won World War I.

Europe needs to stop with its open borders policies or else they'll get destroyed. The growing terrorism and rise in rapes are deeply disturbing.

I'll grant it's not an exact analogy, but analogies never are. Still, the parallels are readily apparent, especially the primary one: a governing minority seeking to become a majority by dividing territory on terms of its own choosing, leaving the majority crowded into ghettos economically dependent upon the governing minority.

I've been thinking that the sexual misconduct accusations against Roy Moore might have actually helped him. Moore is overall a despicable human being who was removed from the Alabama Supreme Court twice for violating court orders. That alone should have disqualified him. But now to the Alabama Deplorables, he is a victim of a witch hunt, a martyr even, and the election has been reduced to a binary choice between believing the allegations as-is with little or no investigation and an attitude of "trust, but verify".

Anyway, I think this has distracted from the fact that even if you take all these allegations off the table, Roy Moore is still a morally corrupt man who has total disregard for the rule of law and therefore has no business serving in the Senate.
