Hard drugs should be legal.
Not sure how unpopular that opinion is, but most of my political opinions aren't super unpopular.

I think there would be some logistical problems with government-sanctioned hard drug use, but they should at least be decriminalized.  No dumbass kid caught with some drugs should spend years in prison, ever.

Awards are mostly stupid and unnecessary.

Frats/sororities are a waste of money.

Football is boring.

Baseball uniforms are sexy.

I'm a liberal who despises Hollywood, and yes, I despised them before I found out that Kevin Spacey is a pedophilic rapist.

That's not an uncommon opinion actually. Lots of activists and people of color despise Hollywood for being a racist, elitist, and self-serving cesspool.

I know this is horrible and don't think they deserve to be discriminated against, but I find transgenderism absolutely repulsive and feel very uncomfortable when such people are anywhere near me.  I'm really disappointed in myself about this because intellectually I know that it's not a choice and that they're not bad for being transgender, but that's one area where I'm a rather prejudiced man (albeit one who is actively trying to overcome his transphobia).  Atlas has actually been really helpful in the sense that talking to some of the transgender folks here has, at an intellectual level, sort of normalized for me the idea that transgender individuals are no different than anyone else.  However, the instinctive, irrational emotional reaction of discomfort and disgust when actually seeing them is still pretty strong.  I honestly think some of this is because until college my only exposure to transgender people was Tim Curry's performance in Rocky Horror Picture Show which I found incredibly disturbing.  Hell, I still sometimes confuse transvestism with transgenderism.  Btw, hopefully this post doesn't offend anyone here as that's certainly not my intent; this isn't something I'm proud of by any means

Football is a weird sport and I never understood why Americans are so obsessed with it.  It's literally a bunch of dudes hopping on top of each other.

I think that's mostly why I hate this dumb kneeling "controversy."  I really don't care what players do during the Anthem whether they sit, stand, or scratch their balls.  It's about as relevant to me as the sport itself.*

*Also I'm from New England, so baseball comes first as far as sports goes, though I've never cared much for sports in general.

- Soccer/Football are incredibly boring (except in the case of the Super Bowl) sports. Would rather watch Basketball or Boxing to be honest.

- Dislike the taste of Oranges/Strawberry's(and blueberry's)/and Peachs. Same with the juiced version of each.

- I get the appeal of Sports in general though i find most to be boring and uninteresting

Abolish Congress and the President and replace them with a Parliament/Prime Minister system with fairly-drawn districts.

Yes!!! I would add ranked choice voting and the Wyoming rule (each CD is the population of the least populous state) to this.

I feel like the only problem, especially in America, would be the formation of coalitions. Just imagine it...

But it would allow for more parties, which would be great.

The American Pie spinoff movies are good
There are at least five songs that would make better national anthems than “Star Spangled Banner”

Our system may be bad but the Parliamentary system is just awful for two main reasons:
1. The executive isn't chosen by the people but rather by the parliament
2. The representatives are bound by what their party wants and can't vote freely as they choose

Beyoncé is overrated

Oasis is the worst band of all time, and people would rather candidly discuss their racial prejudices than admit how terrible Oasis is

I’m really grossed out by couples (especially two men) who have a 20 year or higher age gap. Like, when one partner was an adult, the other was a baby.

I fully support animal testing for medical research.

(not sure how Atlas actually feels about this, but as someone who works in the pet industry and animal rescue,
it's an incredibly unpopular opinion in what I do)
