Did Osama Bin Laden want Bush to win

Four days before the election, Bin Laden released a tape criticizing both Bush and Kerry, but mostly Bush

This seemed to bring foreign policy back as the main issue of the election. Some think Bin Laden did this intetiannly because he wanted the US to stay in the Middle East to bled of blood and treasue.

It would have been in his interest to have Bush win, seeing as Bush and his party was slightly more war-oriented. Kerry would've probably been not much difference, though.
