Atlas has Clinton winning East St. Louis, IL (St. Clair County) with 97.42% of the vote.  No recorded votes for Trump, third parties, or write-ins.

From what I can tell, a candidate has to receive 2.5% of the vote to appear when hovering over a state/county/town. I wish Dave would be generous enough to let us see the each town precincts vote totals.

The official numbers from the state website (percentages not counting under/over/write-in)
Clinton 10,097 (97.66%)
Trump 151 (1.46%)
Stein 61 (0.59%)
Johnson 30 (0.29%)

There are 25 precincts in ESL and I can tell you those, too.

I don't have a paid membership, so I'm just inferring here.
2016, E. St. Louis township had a swing against the democrats, meaning that it will also be the same for 2012, and most likely 2008 aswell.

Oh.  I wasn't aware of this "rule."

Yeah, you'll notice if you hover over any jurisdiction (whether it be a town, county or even state) that any totals below 2.5% don't show up. The difference is that for states and counties, you can click on them and see the full results without a paid membership.

Beautiful results for a not-beautiful-at-all city. I think everyone on this side of the river knows to avoid East St. Louis at all costs.
