I believe this bill is necessary because I don't think it is right to force registered voters to stay in a region for longer than a full presidential election cycle. This bill will replace the six month period to four months for switching regions. A four month waiting period will also protect the integrity and fairness of the game by having a 4 month waiting period rule which will still be suitable enough to prevent the manipulation of gubernatorial, senatorial, and assembly elections. I think this change will be fair and just because it will improve the quality of playing the game for our players because it will allow a more reasonable amount of flexibility.

I see 4 months as perfectly reasonable in allowing for flexibility but preventing people from hopping from region to region willy-nilly.
