Moore's holding a press conference in Birmingham at 5pm (CST, I assume).  Any predictions?

Moore has removed all endorsements from his website - including those he hasn't lost yet: https://www.google.com/amp/s/articles.al.com/news/index.ssf/2017/11/roy_moore_removes_all_endorsem.amp#ampshare=http://www.al.com/news/index.ssf/2017/11/roy_moore_removes_all_endorsem.html

Possible indication he's dropping out?

The attorney that represented him for the Ten Commandments case and who chaired one of his campaigns for Supreme Court will be appearing with him at the press conference.

Is he going to sue the accusers?!

Does anyone else remember when Republicans hated frivolous lawsuits? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Wouldn't be surprising if he did that.

That sound you hear is Moore circling the wagons...right around the drain.

What would that accomplish though? I feel like he isn't going to sway anyone new to support him.

He won't drop out. He has nothing to lose and knows damn well he still has a chance of winning. If the Republicans force him out, he becomes a national martyr.

For some reason i really don't want Roy Moore to drop out because if he wins then he makes the GOP even a more laughing stock for years.

If he loses then a democrat wins the seat until 2020.

It would also be totally out of character. One thing consistent about Roy Moore's entire life is that he doesn't take no for an answer. Not from the courts, not from Mitch McConnell, and certainly not from little girls.

I bet the NRSC poll was a push poll...that's why they just leaked the numbers to Politico and aren't providing any more details on how the questions were worded.

Why would they also say a Sessions write-in would do poorly too?
Yeah, I think this poll is legit. but it's just one data point, we'll have to wait and see what other polls show.

To give it the impression of credibility. Write-In candidates are a long shot in a three-way race too. Moore was probably going to beat Jones 65-35 before the scandal broke. He'd have to bleed 15+ points of support to lose.

Sabato's Crystal has moved AL from Likely R all the way to Leans D.

They'll probably explain their reasoning tomorrow with the usual weekly analysis, but I assume they have good reason to believe Jones is now favored.
