So, why hasn't anyone commented on Moore's reemergence from the cocoon of the bubble from a small tiny City in NE Alabama to speaking at a "Super-Rally" with Steve Bannon in Fairhope, Alabama (Baldwin County)?

As I posted elsewhere, Moore's overall polling numbers look particularly disturbing in Metro Mobile, which means that Baldwin County is likely a particular last ditch effort to minimize Jones margins within these Counties.... Hence flying out Steve Bannon that is more popular than Moore here, as a surrogate to try to maximize 'Pub vote from across the Bay....

All Jones needs to do is win 3/5 regions of Alabama (As defined by the Poll and their regional breakdown) and he will be the next US Senator from Alabama....

Ouch.

Also, I love the use of the words "outside agitator" and "carpetbagging". He knows exactly what he's doing when he says that.

“Men who hurt little girls should go to jail, not the US Senate,”-Doug Jones

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/dec/05/roy-moore-doug-jones-alabama-senate-race

Other gems; “Roy Moore has never, ever served our state with honor," "He was already an embarrassment before nine courageous women chose to share their stories.”
“I have never lived off of donations from a so-called charitable foundation,”
When you see me with a gun, I’ll be climbing in and out of a deer blind,” “not prancing around on a stage in a cowboy suit.”

It appears that Roy Moore, that fine upstanding defender of Christian morality, started dating his wife before she had filed for divorce from her previous husband.

http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/court-records-suggest-roy-moore-dated-wife-while-she-was-still-married/article/2642679

I guess he must have seen an asterisk on the Seventh Commandment.

Over the past week, 8 polls from 8 different pollsters have been released.

The average is as followed:

47.9% Moore (R)
45.4% Jones (D)
  2.5% Others
  4.2% Undecided

Moore ahead by 2.5 points, which means everything is still possible.

Doug Jones is definitely the sane choice in this election and fully deserves to win.

People who vote for Moore are pretty despicable (and that goes beyond his accusations, religious extremism and homophobia) ...

I love Doug Jones. I'm not optimistic, but if he does manage to win I think he'd be a fine VP pick (considering he'd likely lose re-election that same year). But I'm not holding my breath for a win.

When even tender says a guy is too creepy towards young women to serve in office....

( okay, that was probably an unnecessary swipe when people of good conscience should be uniting against Roy Moore, but I just couldn't resist)

I wonder if Doug Jones is ballsy enough for a late ad on this just to make evangelical turnout even lower. Not like it would hurt him considering JBE did ads on vitter with the same theme and he won.

Compared to everything Moore has said and done in his entire lifetime, this is nothing. But Moore will run with it, I'm sure.

That ad won't change anything. The election is on tuesday. Not many people will even hear about that probably lol.

The campaign is basically over now. All that really matters now is getting people to turn out.

Moore. Moore's cultists will crawl over broken glass to vote for him. Jones needs the black turnout to be high and the "frustrated and exhausted" voters to support him, not stay home.

look, the key to Jones's campaign is to show he has extremely uncontroversial, which plays in the burbs.  Those pubs are trying to find a reason to vote republican, this is it. Also, even though this isn't huge, the race was already likely in Moore's favor. This can not help anything.

If this "changes their mind" on voting for Jones, they were never truly voting for him anyway.
