Ha, no David Spade involved. For several months before the election, the poster who goes by "Sam Spade" called Franken a pervert and said he was unalterably opposed to his serving in office and that news would be revealed. Later, he told us the story: his aunt lived in New York during Franken's SNL days in the 70s and 80s, and she told Sam that Franken sexually assaulted her on the subway.

I don't really think that a member of the other party should be automatically considered as competition.  It's not like Franken is running against Inhofe in an election.
