Summary:

The goal of this bill is to eliminate unfair discrimination against women.

Section 1 protects public breastfeeding.

Section 2 prohibits localities from criminalizing topless women in public unless they also criminalize topless men in public.

Section 3 allows private businesses to have their own policies on breastfeeding and topless persons.
