California hotel offering 'Mermaid Fitness' workouts
A California hotel is offering a unique exercise class designed to build core strength -- "Mermaid Fitness" sessions in the hotel pool.
The Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego is offering Mermaid Fitness classes on Fridays and Saturdays in the accommodation's Beach Village pool.
The $25 price for each class includes rental of a mermaid tail -- participants who buy their own tails pay only $10 per class -- and a 45-minute mermaid swimming session.
The hotel describes the class as a "fusion of swimming, core, cardio and strength training set to upbeat music."

The part in red means upbeat music (music that makes you want to move) will be played during these activities.

I know it's an elliptical sentence, but I don't know the full sentence.
The hotel describes the class as a "fusion of swimming, core, cardio and strength training set to upbeat music."

The class will have swimming and other exercises that will have peppy music in the background.

Also, in the sentence, "which" should be replaced with "that."

If I recall correctly, "which" is used with a comma, while "that" is used without.

Example:

"My favorite soup is minestrone, which sometimes contains pasta."

"My favorite soup is minestrone that contains pasta."

These sentences also vary a little in meaning - the first is merely descriptive, while the second explains that my favorite soup is minestrone with pasta, implying that minestrone without pasta is not my favorite.
