Which states, counties, or parts of the country do you think will actually swing toward GOP/Trump in 2020? Assume Trump is the president. In an easier question, which states will trend GOP in the election?

West Virginia and Oklahoma maybe. If he's unpopular then probably no state as a whole will trend towards him, counties might but I don't know.

Manhattan and Silicon Valley. They won't change much from 2016 and will "trend" R if the rest of the country swings sharply D. The ultra-rich in these places is the group benefiting most from Trump policies.
