Downland Firefox extended support version, which allows for all addons (including blocked/discontinued ones) and download silverlight. Here:

Dave's Redistricting unfortunately doesn't work on Chrome, however it works fine on Safari, which comes automatically with OSX.

I haven't tinkered with the newer versions of Firefox that supposedly work for it, but the only browser that I could get it to work on after Chrome stopped functioning was IE (blurgh). Fortunately, it still works on IE: not sure if that can be downloaded and/or used on Macs, though.

I was able to get it to work on the new version of Firefox. It is much slower than it used to be for me and only 2.5 works, but its better than nothing!
