As soon as negative advertising comes into play as the election draws near, Hogan is going to plummet.

Isn't Trump at 34% a bit high in Maryland? Hogan's approval rating is great, I think he pulls it off in the end. His approval rating is much higher than Ehrlich's was anyway. If Hogan drops to 50-55% he's in trouble but I think we shouldn't underestimate him.

Baker and Hogan have similar approval ratings, but it's telling that the former is in the high 50s/low 60s in head to head matchups while the latter is in the low 40s.
