Do you watch tv or use the computer in the dark?

I really can't stand watching tv or using the computer in the dark unless I'm going to bed soon. Otherwise, I get kind of tired. I know some people who seem to prefer watching tv/using pc in the dark as much as possible though.

Working on something else while a screen is on is common for me, so usually the lights are on in the room with the screen. However, the lights aren't driven by my use of the screen so I answered it doesn't matter to me.

I usually leave the TV on at night and watch it a bit before I fall asleep, so yes. I've never used a computer in the dark though.

There is no TV in my bedroom, so I don't ever watch it in the dark. I also never use my real computer in the dark, but I do sometimes use my tablet while in bed.
