Soon-to-be ex-Congressman Luis Gutiérrez (IL-04) is apparently mulling a bid for Governor of Puerto Rico.

Democratic star Carmen Yulín Cruz is apparently considering as well, though I don't have a link to her story ATM.

He's a supporter of independence right? (Most diaspora progressives are) If so, I doubt he'd get too far - plus you'd have to go through the horrors of the PDP machine if he wants sizable support.
