If the economy stays moving and he doesn't get us involved in any unpopular wars, he won't be considered one of the worst. He will be considered incompetent and unfit, but imo that is a different measurement.

What makes him, so far, worse than Bush, Carter, Harding, or Johnson (19thc)?
