It's crazy, the last few episodes of American Horror Story this season were strongly influenced by him, and he is apparently on his deathbed right after it airs?

Although I don't think he deserves to live anyway.

Yeah, this man's been alive for 83 years and that's 83 years too much if you ask me.

Ah, one of the only great arguments for capital punishment. Here's hoping his mortal existence doesn't last much longer.

About F***ing time!!!!

How dare you compare a playboy who has killed no one, to a mad cult leader who has killed many, and wanted to start a race war!

That's like saying that Gorbechev's death, when it happens will be worse than Stalin's.

I'm taking solace in the fact that the man in my signature is still alive.  He and Charlie are among the most blackpilled individuals to ever live.

I hope they study Charlie's brain.

All I know is that Charles Manson, like most Cult leaders is a case study in why we need a strong insanity defense.

Isn't it weird how Manson dies nearly a week after the final episode of AHS: Cult aired?

Yes, including Lynette Fromme who sort of tried to assassinate President Ford, but maybe not really.

Yes, I agree.  I still support the death penalty where 1) it is certain that the person committed the crime, and 2) there are exacerbating circumstances. Manson qualifies. We know he did it, and he killed seven people, and mass killings qualifies as an exacerbating circumstance. Without the death penalty, after one's first, first degree murder, the rest of the killings would have no additional penalty. That is not good. Another exacerbating circumstance, would be a prisoner in for life without no realistic possibility for parole (like Manson) killing somebody in prison. Without the death penalty, there is no additional penalty for that either.

Yes, he ordered his followers to kill. How many people did Hitler personally kill?

Jesus guys, I cut myself on the "edge" coming in here.  We get it "rebels", you like weird people the rest of us despise.  If you were 2.5% more edgy (and had balls) you'd be carrying a tiki torch with the other "rebels"....but you should mocked just as much.

I'm not "edgy," I just hate it when things are made taboo.  Manson's case is one that's worth studying and trying to understand, regardless of the morality (or lack thereof) of his deeds.

That is my opinion as an observer.

He should have had a date with ole sparky right after his trial.

He was originally sentenced to the gas chamber, California's method of execution at the time. Tongue

Oh man, Kai Anderson dies then Charles Manson does? sweet

I had the same thought. And I say good riddance to both. (I didn't think many people with an R avatar would be watching American Horror Story, especially this season.)

I actually loved AHS this season, it showed how evil both radical ends of the spectrum are. It presents itself as a liberal thing unless you've thought about it, then you realize it's really showing how people on both radical ends of a spectrum are essentially the same.
