When we will see more than two years of a Democratic president and a Democratic majority in both houses in the Congress again?
The last time it happened was in 1977-1980.
After that, only 1993-1994 and 2009-2010

The problem is not only the districts. In 1994 and 2010, the Republicans won the popular vote
