Ya know what would stop this from happening?  Letting people be barbers without a license.  Why the hell do you need a certificate to unclog drains?  So people are saved from sh**tty uncloggers?  Wouldn't they go out of business (like most businesses) in like, 3 months?  Why do you need a license to do nails?  Or sell houses?  It's stupid and hurts poor people more than anybody else by making it expensive, complicated and time consuming to get into a career (hundreds of them) that shouldn't have any of those barriers.


Odd that the people that claim to want to help poor people never bring this huge wall to success up.  Perhaps you'll catch up in a few years.  Be more liberal....you figured out weed and gay people, you can get this one too.

I lean libertarian more than any other well known named ideology, but I don't know why that matters.  Anybody can want to do what's best for poor people, not just libertarians and libertarian leaning people.

That's one way to collect the money -- compel people to get aid from others (like relatives) to pay  off a debt.

I am surprised that we have yet to resort to debtors' prisons that resemble Soviet gulags or Nazi labor camps. But giver Donald Trump, the GOP, and the banking lobby the requisite time, and such will happen.

A sane alternative would be to make college education as inexpensive for students as it was in the 1960s and 1970s, but sanity is out of the question in a country rapidly becoming a madhouse. After all, bare literacy is all that is needed for people to accept a demagogic leader like Donald Trump but not enough to cause -people to question anything that they are told.
