Mitch Landrieu and Tulsi Gabbard have both expressed interest.

Mitch is fine. Tulsi should be kept as far away from the executive branch as possible.

I'd like it, but I'd rather have it be the reverse

Obviously, the Clinton wing of the dem party absolutely detests Tulsi so this would be a REALLY bad idea.

This, although a former mayor of a midsize city is also not exactly a top-tier Presidential candidate.

I don't see Gabbard ever being on the ticket.  Nor do I even see why some are such fans of hers?  She doesn't even come across as having an ability to connect very well- at all- to voters?

Mitch Landrieu?  As in Mitch "Destroy MUH SUTHRON HERITAGE AND CULTURE" Landrieu?  LOL.  He'd got obliterated in the primaries, especially in the South.

You mean Mitch "take down statues that obviously glorify terrible, vicious people who wanted to destroy our country, similar to Osama Bin Ladin, whom no respectable person venerates" Landrieu. He'd do wonderfully amongst actual Democrats in the South. Not that I think a mayor of a small city should be president.

Based on the way I put the saying in quotes, all caps, and terrible spelling, it's obvious I was mocking the pro-Confederate rubes.

I mean, I'd vote for the ticket over Trump (not a sh**thead), but it's not a particularly strong one or anything.

No.  I don't have anything against Landrieu but both are way too inexperienced and such a ticket would have no obvious strengths.
