Well, Moore has experience in this field, he was expelled from the Supreme Court of Alabama and ran again ten years later before he was again expelled.

This The Hill article says that "while an expulsion would trigger a second special election, Moore would still be eligible to run again, which conceivably could keep controversy brewing." Yeah, so technically this process could repeat itself a few more times, but I would hope by then Alabama would get tired of him.
