I think Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill wins a third term to the Senate next year, defeating MO Attorney Gen. Josh Hawley by 5 points. She runs for president in 2020. I think she is more electable nationally than Warren and maybe Harris. She's from the Midwest heartland and could appeal to white working class voters. A ticket of her and New Mexico Sen. Martin Heinrich as her vice presidential running mate.

Yes, it may disappoint and anger POC Democrats that another white woman/white man ticket, with no diversity, but it is a good ticket.

If she somehow wins re-election, then yes. But I've already accepted that she's going to lose. It's Missouri.

It's an okay ticket, but I'm not even sure that McCaskill is going to win re-election.

Even among MO Democrats, Kander would probably be better than McCaskill. Progressives would balk at the idea of a nominee who's a ways to the right of Hillary.

Also, pairing her with ANOTHER unknown Senator may not be the best idea.
