What would the 2016 election have looked like if Hillary Clinton would have won in 2008?

Obama would almost certainly be the Democratic nominee, but he'd probably lose to Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz.

Trump wouldn't win the nomination in this TL. The winner of a Presidential election is usually the opposite of the outgoing President in style and personality, as is (usually) the runner-up. Both Obama and Cruz/Rubio are were relatively young, and dynamic individuals (especially Cruz), therefore they are Clinton's opposite, not Trump.

Obama wins...assuming he gets re-elected in 2010 and isn't in Clinton's cabinet at any point.

Barack Obama beats President Romney. I think Hilldog would have lost reelection in 2012.

The incumbent Republican president runs against a Democratic challenger. Barack Obama is a strong and likely contender.

No, Trump got his political start with the birther movement.

Neither Rubio nor Cruz would have careers, there would've been no Tea Party movement.

Rubio still would , as remember he was viewed as Jeb's Heir even in 2008

If she had won in '08, she would've taken a number of southern states, Clinton would've ginned up fears over Romney's momonism in 2012. The Democratic party was different prior to Obama, Blue Dogs and Southern Democrats were a major force.

He wouldn't beat Charlie Crist in the primary. Republicans were angry at Crist for wanting to work with Obama, they never took issue with Republicans who worked with the Clintons (prior to Obama).

maybe hes governor instead then because being Jeb's hair still would win him the nomination .

Jeb wouldn't have backed Rubio for governor in the first place, he only backed rubio for senate on the expectation that rubio would've been a loyal ally for him there. Jeb still wanted to leave his options open for a future run, he wouldn't let Rubio get the same job he had for obvious competitive reasons.

Obama would probably be the nominee, and he would be especially strong if he became governor in 2010 like a lot of accounts said he would have done if he had lost. He hated the Senate.

Obama beats Clinton's VP (if they even run) for the Democratic nomination and probably (thought narrowly) wins the General election. Trump probably remains a Democrat in this scenario, so my guess is Cruz or Rubio would be the Republican nominee in this scenario.

Trump never liked Obama (who would've been seen as the likely nominee in '16) even in the '08 primary.  Sanders probably also runs, making it a 3-way w/ Clinton's VP, Sanders & Obama. Crist & Dewhurst would've been senators instead of Cruz & Rubio. There would've been no Tea Party.

If not Trump, some anti-Hillary conspiracy theorist would probably have gotten the nomination and won, just like an anti-Obama conspiracy theorist won in real life. The level of hatred people on the Right have for Hillary Clinton is honestly stunning (they include many of my family). The "Left" of the Democratic Party would have probably found some bone to pick with Obama, like the millions he's received from Wall Street, or some other overblown thing.
If anything, the Tea Party is stronger (Hillary likely would've tried healthcare, prompting the movement to spark up like IRL), and their candidate wins the 2012 nomination, creating a Claire McCaskill 2012 scenario where Hillary wins reelection despite her relative unpopularity.
These predictions should be taken with a large rock of salt (as most predictions should) but it seems like the likeliest scenario to me.

Trust me there would have been a tea party because of the Bushes and the Clintons

More like some kind of Shadow Carter, Cruz was more like a Shadow Mo Udall.
