Great news, though ISIS is not beaten at all. They don't need a territory or country to commit horrible acts of violence against civilization. The world community must fight their ideology and cut funding. That starts with a much tougher stance on Saudi Arabia.

It's almost like there's a connection of some kind between places where we and our allies are conducting military operations and the presence of ISIS.
