Looking on her social especially on FB I'm seeing a lot of anger towards her among progressives, including many saying they she's lost their support in 2018 & 2020. Anybody else think she's hurt herself more than helped after this?

Actually the Klobuchar question is the opposite, it's about backlash if for not attacking Franken. For Gillibrand it's for attaxking him.

But I agree there are too many.

He probably leans more towards Bernie Sanders than Hillary Clinton ideologically, even though he endorsed her.

She won her last election by 46 points. I doubt many people in her home state care enough about Franken that she's in any danger.

Franken will be forgotten and irrelevant in 2020.

Honestly she's my least favorite democratic senator and I'm still bitter about what she did to Franken, I really hope she never runs for president, she would be a total trainwreck of a candidate, if democrats want to nominate another women they should put up warren because at least she has a Populist economic platform and won't be screaming about gender issues all the time. By the way what really has me pissed about frankens treatment is that his alleged indescresions pale in comparison to Donald trumps and especially Roy moores however he has to resign while trump has a high chance at two terms and Roy moores headed to the senate.

Everyone knows Franken was my guy for 2020. I dropped him like a hot potato the second the allegations came out. This whole thing has increased my respect for Gillibrand. It’s extremely likely I’ll caucus for her if Warren or Murphy don’t run.
