Nevada Governor, and former District Court Judge Brian Sandoval was rumored to be a possible choice to replace Antonin Scalia. So, if Anthony Kennedy announced he was retiring tomorrow, would you vote for Sandoval, who is pro-choice, pro-Obamacare, immigration reform, and possibly pro same-sex marriage based on positions he has taken as Governor?

Yeah, because he's pretty ideologically similar to Kennedy (if not a bit more right) and it's good to have judges who aren't ideologically extreme.

He's the most appropriate Republican pick. He has the right experience and I suspect that he would vote mostly in line with Kennedy.

I would not support any nominee that won't 1. overturn Citizens United 2. strike down gerrymandered district maps.

The orange clown wouldn't nominate Sandoval. Even if there was a Dem senate, he wouldn't. Just no way.

Yes. I wouldn't want someone extreme like Rick Santorum or Miguel Estrada.

If Democrats control the Senate then no one should be approved until after the 2020 election. I mean McConnell was nice enough to honor the "Biden rule," so we should return him the favor

While I am no fan of him in any sense of the word ... how is a President that was elected through our electoral process an "illegitimate President" besides the fact that you don't want him to be the President?

Precisely this, and I wouldn't support Bernie Sanders if Trump picked him for this precise reason.
