Cast your vote and post your choice and why.

I voted for Mike Pence, he just seems like a likely conservative to run for what Trump intended to do, without the record of Trump. However, only if Trump is out or doesn't run.

I picked Biden.

But honestly, I'll vote for anyone (or anyTHING) over Donald Trump or Mike Pence.

So down to a two person race, my vote goes to the other guy/girl, and it really doesn't matter who that is at this point.  Prior to 2016, it would have.  In a post-Trump America, I'll vote for the alternative just to get that moron out.

I'm really liking Amy Klobuchar, but I'm open to many potential candidates. I'm looking forward to enjoying a full slate of candidates as opposed to the five we had in 2016

Kander?  The guy that failed to win a Senate seat in Missouri?  Yeah, I'd prefer the Democrats stick with people who've held offices higher than state attorney general (unless, of course, it's the mayorship of a high-profile city).

Let's not pretend 95% of Americans actually care about experience. The last two presidents have been a guy who was a Senator for 2 years before he started running for president and a reality TV star who never held elected office.

Eh.  I'd argue there's a difference.  Obama was a Senator, and did have national experience.  Kander does not.  And Trump, yes, did not have experience, but was well-known for decades, and campaigned on not having experience, as I imagine Kander would not.

I'm hoping (but doubtful) that voters will be looking for an experienced candidate with a steady hand after four years of Trump.

Anyways...

Kamala Harris > Amy Klobuchar > Kirsten Gillibrand > Elizabeth Warren > Cory Booker > Bernie Sanders > Joe Biden

Is my preference.

John Kasich. I just like him. I was pro-Kasich during last year's primaries, and I still strongly approve of him, and the job he's doing in Ohio.
