It's Better Than An Orphanage Act

Be it enacted:

1.) Any entity in the Southern Region which is licensed to assist in the conducting or referral of adoption related services, is hereby prohibited from refusing to consider an otherwise eligible married couple as potential parents for an adoption, based solely on the religion, race, sex or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any combination of these factors, of either member of the marriage.

2.) It is the position of the Southern Region that as long as they are good, loving parents, it is better for a child to have 2 dads rather than no dads, or 2 moms rather than no moms.
