Decided to just update mine in a new post with a new look/criteria:

Some notes:
- I decided to count "driven through" counties this year after reading muon's post.
- Districts I actually stopped and visited have the city I visited in parentheses.
- For districts I both drove through and visited, I deferred to the place I actually visited for the explanation.
- I will still include a district in the WILL VISIT SOON category if I have only driven through it and will now actually visit a city in that district.

HAVE SPENT THE NIGHT
CO-1 (Denver for a bachelor's party)
FL-26 (Key Largo)
IL-5 (Rosemont)
IL-7 (Downtown Chicago)
IL-17 (Peoria & Galena; intentional trip to Moline, too)

IA-4 (Mason City, on the way to Minneapolis; intentional trip to Clear Lake on the way back, too)
MN-2 (Lakeville, Bloomington, Twin Cities suburbs)
NE-1 (Lincoln)
WI-7 (Door County)

HAVE INTENTIONALLY VISITED BUT NOT SPENT THE NIGHT

You travel from Vegas to Oklahoma...that's a lot of ground covered already.

As for me, I'll be adding a few districts once I figure out my flight, which could be either out of Hobby, Love Field, or Austin...'cuz no chance in hell am I taking the extortion fee to use the dinky thing here.

Relatively few CD’s though.

Although I’ll be changing planes in Denver so I can add a 5th in a few weeks.

Updated mine post-bachelor party in Denver.  I thought Denver lived up to the hype, and ViewHouse (by Coors Field) might have been my favorite bar I have ever been to.

This morning was unusually clear and mild. Perfect for a drive from St Louis into the SE MO Ozarks.

Well, I spent New Years Eve on a plane from Oregon's 4th, and today, I've been to CA-28, CA-33, CA-34, CA-37, CA-40, CA-43, and CA-44, plus the airport in CA-14. I expect to add 4 more CDs with a trip to OC this weekend. Beat you all.
You have an unfair advantage if you live in Chicago or LA or New York or the Bay Area, where you can cover 15 CDs just by going for an hour's drive.

Not really, takes an hour just to get through San Francisco and over to the big airport (that's 3), an hour to San Jose (only goes through 1 that way).

Won't gain much without going to Sacramento.

Try again.

Oh, and I've only been to CA-13, but I'll bag a few in Texas soon once this holiday is over.

Okay, here we go

CA: 2, 11, 12, 13 (parents),  14 (San Francisco Airport)
TX: 6, 17 (college), 25, 30 (Love Field Airport), 33 (DFW Airport)

We drove from Eufaula to Opalika and north on 431 to I20 (with a short detour sw on AL 9). I stayed overnight at the Hampton Inn in Pell City. The next morning we drove north to I59 then north on 431 to go to Lynchburg to tour the Jack Daniel's distillery. I think I covered a lot of AL 03 along that path.
