It potentially could, but that area still has suburban moderate Republicans. It could go either way, but Democrats are favored in PA-07.

It potentially could, but that area still has suburban moderate Republicans. It could go either way, but Democrats are favored in PA-07.

Well clearly if a seat is D+8, they're in the minority.

I'll call it Likely D, at least until we get the new map. But I think this seat is more likely to flip than any other seat, including Ros-Lehtinen's.

It’ll be redrawn as all DelCo and a few Philly wards.  Brady would be fine under those lines.
