Maybe. If we don't get 2 more DEMs by 5 PM EST, I'll Post a News article and the first turn will begin today.

you can Post Introduction campaign speeches, btw.

Here is the rules:

- 3-5 Endorsements per turn

- Turns 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be August, September October, and November respectfully. Turn 5 to the rest of the turns will be anywhere from a week to 2 weeks depending on the primaries before we stabilize at the General Election.

- Only 3-6 ads if you're polling at or above 10%

- Debates will be posted once the turns will be posted. There will be 4 Republican Debates and 8 Democratic debates

- Every action you do has a consequence, so be very careful with what you do. Do the wrong thing and you may fall in the polls and never recover.

-Debates can give a 5-15% polling boost for a candidate for 1-3 turns if they are perceived to have won the debate or place in 2nd (for the dems). Despite this, if you are hit enough times by attack ads, you don't campaign for a while, or you have a very big Gaffe, your boost may go down to zero and it may even be followed by a polling drain.

- A turn is 72-120 hours long, depending on if extension are needed.

Hope everyone is caught up now.

TURN 1: WELCOME TO AUGUST 2019

IRANIAN REBELS SEIZE TEHRAN AFTER A BITTER FIGHT FOR THE NATION’S CAPITAL

As of last night on July 30th, Iranian rebels successfully captured the city of Tehran and raised their flag and declared the city the capital of the Republic of Persia, in reference to Iran’s name before the Islamic Revolution that deposed the shah in 1979. Casualties for the battle for the city that has been going on for a few weeks as of right now are unknown but it’s estimated to be in the tens of thousands. Without a capital, the Ayatollah has fled the country and found refuge in the stabilizing Syria as pro-ayatollah forces are decimated by the rebels.

TRUMP’S BORDER WALL IS 1/4TH OF THE WAY COMPLETE

Trump’s border Wall that he talked about on the campaign trail in 2016 is 25% of the way complete and so far has went from California to Arizona. The president hopes that Congress will sign the bill that allows the next quarter of the wall, which stretches from Arizona to New Mexico, to be built and a vote on that is will happen on the 15th.

ISIL ON LAST LEGS, EXPERTS SAY

Very recently, the battle against ISIL or ISIS  has shown much fruit with President Trump tweeting in 2018, “When you Democrats all said that I wasn’t a winner and that ISIS would actually win against us since I’m president, I ask you what do you think now.” and, in truth, ISIS has gone rather well with no major cities left under ISIL control in 2017 and ISIS fighters completely kicked out of Iraq in mid 2018. Russian and Syrian forces are converging on the last remnants of ISIS and experts say it’ll be a turkey shoot.

SENATOR PHIL BREDESEN VOTES YES ON NEW HEALTHCARE BILL

Senator Phil Bredesen, who defeated Republican candidate Marsha Blackburn with 20% more of the vote during the 2018 Race for former Senator Lamar Alexander’s seat, has voted Yes on the new Healthcare Bill, making it 51-49. The new bill, which will take effect in October, is a much more modified version of the previous Graham cassidy bill that failed to pass in 2017. Many Democrats have called senator Bredesen a traitor but his supporters in Tennessee say that it’s good to see a Senator actually do their job and work for america and not their party.

SYRIAN, IRAQI, IRANIAN, AND TURKISH KURDS DEMANDS REFERENDUM

A recent Kurdish Nationalist movement has taken the Middle east by storm as thousands march in the streets to demand their independence. The Republic of Persia, which holds the Iranian Kurds have announced they will be happy to allow this referendum and will not be against a successful referendum and allow the Kurds to leave peacefully if they want to while in Iraq, it seems that President Trump has kind of pressured the Iraq government into supporting this referendum as in the past the Iraqi government has not been keen on giving the Kurds any more Autonomy in the past. Surprisingly, even Syria is agreeing with this, most likely because Russia wants to stay on good terms with President Trump. So far, only Turkey has denounced the Movement and have even jailed several kurds because it is disrespectful of President Erdogan. The Referendum is Expected to take place on August 19th in Iran/Persia, August 23rd in Iraq, and on August 27th in Syria.

2019 PARTY PRIMARIES SET TO BEGIN TO GET READY FOR THE 2020 GENERAL ELECTION

As of today, August 1st, the 2019 Republican and Democratic Primaries has officially begun. Despite some strong Democrats being floated around, President Trump boasts a strong economy, a successful foreign policy, successful tax reform, and even admittance from the Media that he is a legitimately good president and is the favorite to win both the primaries and the general in a landslide unless something dramatic really happens.

August 2019 GOP Primary: Businessman vs Business President

Instead of the expected challenge from former Ohio Governor John Kasich, the surprise challenge of Businessman Mark Cuban has appeared out of nowhere, stunning most Republicans and even some Democrats because there were thoughts that Cuban was either going to run as an independent or a Democrat. Still, this shock doesn’t affect much and Trump so far looks good in the polls against Cuban and, as of right now, is certainly the favorite to win.

GOP National Poll:
Trump: 80%
Cuban: 8%
Unsure: 12%

GOP Iowa Poll:
Trump: 70%
Cuban: 12%
Unsure: 18%

GOP Florida Poll:
Trump: 68%
Cuban: 24%
Unsure: 8%

GOP Nevada Poll:
Trump: 62%
Cuban: 13%
Unsure: 25%

GOP South Carolina Poll:
Trump: 87%
Cuban: 7%
Unsure: 6%

GOP New Hampshire Poll:
Trump: 56%
Cuban: 34%
Unsure: 10%

August 2019 DEM Primary: War for the Party

The Democratic Party of 2019 seems like it could be like the GOP in 2012 with a large plethora of Candidates running for the chance to challenge President Trump and unseat him from the Presidency. Of the current candidates, there is 2 year strong Senator Doug Jones of Alabama who, in the past year, has built himself up to be a prime Conservative Democrat. Next is Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio who has shown himself to be quite the Liberal and thus appeals to the many liberals in the Democratic Party. Then, we have Former Representative of Missouri Jason Kander who had been Secretary of State for Missouri for 4 years before his governor left office due to term limits and he hopes to appeal to both Liberals and Conservatives of the party. Finally, there is Newly elected Governor Gwen Graham of Michigan whom appeals to all the progressives of the Democratic Party as well as Blue Collar workers in the MidWest. So far, Sherrod Brown has taken an early lead with Gwen Graham Being at a Moderate Second.

DEM National Polling:
Brown: 34%
Graham: 26%
Kander: 18%
Jones: 7%
Unsure: 15%

DEM Iowa Polling:

Brown: 45%
Graham: 29%
Kander: 15%
Jones: 8%
Unsure: 3%

DEM New Hampshire Polling:
Brown: 52%
Graham: 36%
Kander: 6%
Jones: 4%
Unsure: 2%

DEM Nevada Polling:
Brown: 41%
Graham: 29%
Kander: 15%
Jones: 9%
Unsure: 6%

DEM Florida Polling:
Brown: 45%
Graham: 20%
Kander: 15%%
Jones: 15%
Unsure: 5%

DEM South Carolina Polling:
Graham: 47%
Jones: 30%
Kander: 10%
Brown: 10%
Unsure: 3%

PRESIDENT TRUMP V GENERIC DEMOCRAT IN 2020 AS OF AUGUST 2019

1st REPUBLICAN DEBATE

All Republican Candidates are invited to Attend. You Can reply to other Candidates but don’t make them 10 post arguments. Be sure to spell and reference everything carefully as any mistake you make will become a Gaffe. President Trump will be able to not attend the debate and not get a hit.

He has more Name recognition than the other 3. If someone like Biden or Sanders were in, the race in Florida would be a bit closer (Like Brown would be in the 40 percentile while Biden or Benie wqould be 5 points above). the beginning really depends on Name recognition but as you campaign and do great in debates, you will see your poll numbers rise and your opponent's numbers fall.

I gotta admit, Gwen Graham behind Brown by 50pts in a Florida primary is bs.

Hey man, could we like... I do believe Sherrod Brown would be ahead nationally too, but not by that much. I believe in SC, under these circumstances, it would be a Graham vs Jones race
