I have to lift the heaviness of life itself on a daily basis. this weight on my shoulders is heavier than any "BBW" I've ever seen, and feels twice as painful too.

I’m like 6’3 and ~270 lbs; that ship has already sailed, my friend. Besides, I’m on my feet 8 hours per day working in a kitchen, so the last thing I want to do after that is workout.

I have a very rigorous regime where I lift 12oz followed by 11, then 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and then I repeat as many times as needed.

Aerobics are where it's at, people. However, you do need to do some amount of weight training to keep muscles toned, even if you don't want to be a weightlifter.

I would posit most Americans should focus on diet first, though, myself included.
