Technically, "ladies night" type promotions are price discrimination on the basis of sex. I like having more women at bars though so I thought this would be a good fix to ensure that overzealous prosecutors dont target bars with such promotions.

I don't think we should be normalizing sexism, even when it benefits women. Men and women should be treated equally.

Would the people here agree if instead it was based on race for example?
